A safe SOLVENT FREE block paving sealer, environmentally friendly

A tough single part, advanced cross linking acrylic co-polymer resin suspended in a non organic solvent

Resists oil and fuels
Protects against frost and reduces surface deterioration Stabilises and bonds jointing sand
Inhibits weed, moss, algae and fungus growth

USE
Ready to use for sealing porous cement block paving
(not for use on clay block paving)

COLOUR
Milky in appearance and becomes clear as product dries

SURFACE FINISH
Slight colour enhancement (dry look)
Matt sheen effect: 2 coats High sheen effect: 3+ coats Cures clear

SPREADING RATE
Depending on surface type, porosity and application method Minimum 2 coats for best results
Multiple applications will increase joint bonding strength
5 m2 per litre 1st coat (approx)
10 m2 per litre 2nd coat (approx)

DRYING TIME
Dry to walk on usually within 2hr - During normal temps’ 10˚C+ Lower temps and areas in the shade will extend drying time Recoat when touch dry
Do not park vehicles on surface for 48 hrs Full cure approximately 3-7 days

PREPARATION (Always complete a test area)
All surfaces & jointing sand must be clean, dry and be free from loose and flaking material, dust, dirt, grease and vegetative growth.

APPLICATION
Heavy droplet low level spray, broom, brush, squeegee or roller
*Avoid over flooding surface
* Brush or roller out pooled sealer
Do not leave pooled sealer to cure

CLEANING - For cleaning equipment use water and detergent

PRECAUTIONS
Wear gloves and eye protection
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice Remove splashes from the skin with soap and water
Keep out of reach of children

GENERAL INFORMATION

NON HAZARDOUS 0 VOC’S
Do not use below 10˚C. Protect stored product from frost and freezing Do not seal wet or damp surfaces
Do not start sealing if rain is imminent

Do not use chlorine, bleach, sodium hypochlorite, acid, Paveclear or Paveclean chemicals prior to sealing with Eco HD
