A safe SOLVENT FREE exterior and interior concrete sealer, environmentally friendly

Our top of the range, tough single part, advanced cross linking acrylic co-polymer resin suspended in a non organic solvent

Stops dusting off
Resists oil and fuels
Protects against frost and reduces surface deterioration
Inhibits weed, moss, algae and fungus growth
Allows moisture vapour to escape (breath)

USE
Ready to use for sealing interior and exterior concrete
(For a complete moisture barrier use a PU or expoxy product)

COLOUR
Milky in appearance and becomes clear as product dries.

SURFACE FINISH
Virtually no colour enhancement (dry look)
Matt silk effect: 2 coats
High sheen effect: 3+ coats Cures clear

SPREADING RATE
Depending on surface type, porosity and application method Minimum 2 coats for best results
5 m2 per litre 1st coat (approx)
10 m2 per litre 2nd coat (approx)

DRYING TIME
Dry to walk on usually within 2hr - During normal temps’ 10˚C+ Lower temps and areas in the shade will extend drying time Recoat when dry
Full cure approximately 3-7 days

PREPARATION
Always complete a test area
All surfaces must be clean, dry and be free from loose and flaking material, dust, dirt, grease and vegetative growth.

APPLICATION
heavy droplet low level spray, broom, brush, squeegee or roller
*Avoid over flooding surface
* Brush out pooled sealer
Do not leave pooled sealer to cure

CLEANING - For cleaning equipment use water & detergent

PRECAUTIONS
Wear gloves and eye protection
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice Remove splashes from the skin with soap and water
Keep out of reach of children

Do not use below 8˚C. Protect stored product from frost and freezing Do not seal wet or damp surfaces
Do not start sealing if rain is imminent

Do not use chlorine, bleach, sodium hypochlorite, acid, Paveclear or Paveclean chemicals prior to sealing with Eco HD
