DESCRIPTION
Invisible sealer Nano is a highly advanced, impregnating, non enhancing surface treatment for exterior and interior porous substrates, that prevents ingress of most types of surface contamination, including water, oil and graffiti to porous walls, floors, roofs and building substrates.
USES
Ready for interior and exterior use on any porous stone, tile, substrates, brick, paving and walls, especially when no evidence if sealer is wanted.
No surface colour change
Surface will look dry
Allows moisture vapour to escape
(not for use on glazed or polished surfaces)
(contains 0 resin, will not bond sand joints in block paving)

SPREADING RATE
Architectural Concrete: 5 SqM/Ltr
Stone - Paving - 5-8 SqM/Ltr
Surface should be structurally sound
Coverage rates vary with porosity of surface being treated
** All surfaces must be treated to saturation in 1-3 applications “wet on wet” applied, to ensure 100% performance efficiency. This varies with substrate, and treating a small trial area is recommended to calculate true consumption.
DRYING TIME
Dry to walk on usually within 2hr - During normal temps
Lower temps and areas in the shade will extend drying time
PREPARATION
All surfaces should be porous, clean, dry and free from loose debris, flaking material, dust, dirt, grease and vegetative growth.
APPLICATION (Always complete a test area)
Long pile roller/ broom/ brush
Heavy droplet pump sprayer
Ensure application is from bottom to top on vertical surfaces taking care not to let the product run.
Re-application: Subsequent applications MUST be applied “wet on wet” within 10 minutes of previous application.
Once a treated surface is dry product cannot be re-applied as there will be loss of adhesion.
Application/Limitations: Efflorescence must be treated with Efflorescence Remover before application.
CLEANING
Immediately after you have finished clean all tools and equipment with water & detergent.
PRECAUTIONS
NON FLAMMABLE
Protect stored product from frost and freezing.
Wear protective gloves and glasses, and appropriate clothing whilst using the product.
Do not apply product if rain is expected within 4 hours.
Water repellence is evident after initial curing but may take up to 7 days to reach 100% efficiency.
Notes:
The technical data provided is a guide and some variations may occur on large areas and substrates of an uncertain nature.
Do not allow the applied product to dry in between application.
Do not apply during rain, frost or when surface & air temp is < 5°C and > 30°C.
Do not apply if ambient air is very damp
Do not apply to surfaces you wish to paint
** DO NOT ALLOW CONTACT WITH NON-ABSORBENT SURFACES.**
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Respiratory Protection: Under normal conditions of use where adequate ventilation is available, no special respiratory protection equipment is needed.
Hand Protection: Wear domestic gloves.
Skin Protection: Wear protective clothing over exposed areas of skin.
Eye Protection: Wear safety goggles.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
Remove splashes from the skin with soap and water
Keep children and animals away from sealed surface till dry
Be aware that sealed/treated surfaces will repel surface water
Do not allow sealer to pool
Do not seal wet or damp surfaces
Do not start sealing if rain is imminent
Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using
Do not use chlorine, bleach, sodium hypochlorite, acid, Paveclear or Paveclean chemicals on surfaces intended for Invisible sealer Nano
(Wash/soak surfaces with a surface neutraliser & allow to dry if unsure)
