DESCRIPTION
Moss mould algae mildew lichen stopper cleaner - killer
USES
This product has been specially formulated for maintaining roof tile surfaces.
It will safely kill off surface moss, mould, algae, mildew & lichen
Formulated not to stain or fade roof tiles, keeps working for up to 12 months
No Hypochlorite – No Bleach – No Acid - Biodegradable
APPLICATION - Green & mossed roof tiles:
Apply in dry conditions when rain is not forecast for at least 8 hours after treatment.
In summer time avoid applying product during the hottest part of the day as high temps. will cause products to begin evaporating before taking effect.
To maintain a moss/algae free surface permanently, treat surface every 6/9 months. If surface is in shade/ north facing, treat every 6 months.
Add 1 ltr of Roof Tile Maintainer to 5 ltrs of water in a chemical pump sprayer and saturate surface/moss/algae. Allow to dry.
Dilution rates:
Standard strength 1:5 – (10 ltrs makes 60 ltrs) covers up to 480 m2 by chemical sprayer.
Extra strong dilute 50:50 or apply neat for shock treatment to very bad growth.
Results show in 2/3 days and product will continue to kill off growth.
Heavy growth may require re-treatment or stronger mix.
Dead growth will begin to slowly detach by wind/rain.

CLEANING
For cleaning equipment use soapy water
CAUTION:
Avoid spraying on grass & plants. Do not allow pets or children on treated surfaces until area is dry. Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Harmful if swallowed. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
If in eyes: rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, continue rinsing. Immediately seek medical attention.

Wash skin thoroughly after handling
Do not use near fishponds
