USE
Ready to use for sealing exterior porous cement made block paving (not for use on clay block paving)
COLOUR RANGE
Clear, enhances colour, restores colour (damp look)
PACK SIZE
20 litre
SURFACE FINISH
2 coat application
Matt/ silk sheen
SPREADING RATE
3 m2 per litre 1st coat (approx)
6 m2 per litre 2nd coat (approx)
A 20 ltr drum will cover a 3.5 x family car sized area with 2 coats approximately
DRYING TIME
Lower temps will extend drying time
Re-coat when dry enough to walk on (3-4hr) no-longer tacky
Do not park vehicles on surface for 48 hrs
PREPARATION
Apply above 5°C. Do not apply to wet/ damp surfaces, if rain is imminent, damp atmosphere. If efflorescence is present (White staining on blocks from new)
New blocks
Apply from 8 weeks after installation. Ensure surface is clean, dry and remove excess sand. Ensure jointing sand is dry.
Old blocks
Fully clean off surfaces with power wash, apply Premium weed and moss inhibitor. Allow to dry thoroughly and brush in dry jointing sand prior to sealer application
APPLICATION (Always complete a test area)
By deep pile roller. Cut in edges with a large fence brush
Brush out excess pooling and avoid over coating
CLEANING
For cleaning equipment use SD Thinners. (Not White Spirit)
PRECAUTIONS
Flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition High VOC - Do not breathe vapour or spray
Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using
Wear eye protection, gloves and overalls
Ensure good ventilation during application
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Remove splashes from the skin with a recognized hand cleaner Keep out of reach of children
Do not use near fishponds Toxic to aquatic organisms
May cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environments
All ways complete a test area
